Stationary Ramp
The stationary ramp serves the purpose of reloading goods from level “0” to truck trailers, containers, or freight cars using a forklift or a hand truck.
A stationary ramp is fixed in one specific location within the loading yard. This solution can be complemented with an electrohydraulic ramp or a spring bridge, which is manually lowered to eliminate the height difference between the ramp and the vehicle. Our experienced team offers professional guidance from the initial planning phase, through technical considerations, assembly, to final approval. Each ramp is uniquely designed to precisely meet the client’s specific requirements.
Why is a stationary ramp necessary?
- Facilitates quick unloading of large volumes of trucks without the need for warehouse docks
- Simulates a loading dock experience from level “0”
- Significantly reduces costs and time associated with goods reloading
- Enables cost savings through the construction of a warehouse on level “0” with a stationary ramp
Who benefits from the stationary ramp?
- Small and medium-sized enterprises seeking logistics solutions and faster reloading of large volumes of goods
- Large enterprises requiring an additional warehouse to simulate a loading dock experience
Materials used for the ramp:
- The entire structure is crafted from reinforced S355 steel
- Support frame constructed from C300 steel
- Robust support for the running surface made of profiles
- Running surface comprised of 6 mm expanded metal
- Features a durable container lip
- The weight of the structure is approximately 4 tons.
